Legacies

If you would like to help Epilepsy Wales by leaving a legacy, the

following wording is suitable for your solicitor.

Pecuniary bequest

"I give to Epilepsy Wales of P.O.Box 4168, Cardiff, CF14 0WZ,

Rgistered Charity number 1059067 ****specific amount

of money***** and direct that the receipt of the Treasurer or other

proper Officer of the said charity shall be a full and

sufficient discharge of the same."

Residuary bequest

"I give to Epilepsy Wales of P.O. Box 4168, Cardiff, CF14 0WZ ,

Registered Charity number 1059067 ****** percentage amount of

my residual estate **** and I direct that the receipt of the Treasurer

or other proper Officer of the said charity shall be a full and sufficient

discharge of the same."

Donations in memory

Instead of sending flowers to a funeral, you may prefer your

friends and family, to remember you with donations to Epilepsy Wales

This is something that can be added to your will, or even just a note

Kept with your will, to alert those responsible of your wish.
