EXPERT PATIENT PROGRAMME WALES

The Expert Patients Programme Wales (EPP) provides a range of self management courses and workshops for people living with long-term health conditions or for those who care for someone with a long term condition. The original chronic disease self-management course (CDSMC) was developed in the USA in the 1970's and is now run in the UK and many other  countries around the world. In Wales, we run:

the original CDSMC for people with long term health conditions

a course for carers

bullet

workshops for people who want to work or regain employment

bullet

workshops on mental health and on 'food and mood'.
